Sukhi Psychology

Sukhi Psychology: Navigating Life with Gentle Ease

In Sanskrit the word Sukha means ease or well-being.

A Sukhi person is someone who is content and at peace with themselves and the world around them. At Sukhi Psychology, we guide you toward that state of harmony.

Through evidence-based therapy, we equip you with practical tools to manage life’s inevitable ups and downs, realign your mind and body, and live authentically.

About Me

Meet Your Psychologist

Ayesha Riaz

The philosophy behind Sukhi Psychology is deeply personal to me.

Being Sukhi is about developing the inner resilience and self-awareness to navigate life's challenges while staying connected to yourself and what matters most.

This philosophy reflects the way I approach therapy. I believe we are more than our symptoms or diagnoses. Our emotional wellbeing is shaped by the connection between our mind, body, relationships, culture, values, and life experiences. By understanding the whole person not just the problem, we can create meaningful and lasting change.

My goal is to provide a warm, compassionate, and non judgemental space where you feel heard and understood. Together, we'll explore your unique experiences, build on your strengths, and develop practical, evidence based strategies that support healing, growth, and a life that feels more authentic and aligned with your values.

I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you on your journey towards becoming your own version of Sukhi.
